I do agree they've said they can increase. And the Starfarer should increase based on what it is now. The reason people are freaking out is the amount of increase. Over $100 is quite the jump when before it's been 5-20. Also: Too late for inB4 Caterpillar increase. ;)

You can take say a P-72 with LTI and apply a CCU to Andromeda and then apply Gemini CCU to get a Gemini with LTI.
