I am concierge, and the MSR is in a scoundrel pack. From what I was reading on spectrum, lots of people are having that issue with the pack. Oddly my Carrack was an upgrade in the same pack and was able to named.

I went with TSS Batavia Carrack, bonus points of you get it :P however I can't name my MSR which is in the same package. weird.

Yeah, I agree with Thalstan, if rearm and repairs worked the vast majority of the time, sure, then you can play with the mechanic. At this time all you are doing is encouraging people to not test your alpha.
