Mmm true for Merlin (but it is gimballed S1 on a S1 slot) and half true for the Connie, you can put 2 S5 on the Connie out of the 4 S4 gimballed, and not true for Nomad, you can put all 3 S3 as fixed. Maybe that will be clarified during the Q&A.

What about the 8 holes (2*4) each side of the cockpit? 2*4 missiles? At some point in the video you certainly see pointy things inside those hole tubes. I love its looking, but that will depends on its stats.
