Unfotunately, the don't make them hangar ready anymore. There is no gameplay for the carrack yet. I suspect that is one reason it won't be ready. In time they will all get finished. At least we are getting 3-4 ships flight ready each month.

Like @Printimus said common bug. After you reclaim your ship 2-3 times the "door collector" returns them all.

Always wait if you can. I have good performance with 16gb of ram, 850 evo ssd, a stock 4670k and a 1080ti. I get about 25 fps, and can load into crusader in about 90 seconds start to finish on a good server.
