It's apple cider (the alcoholic type of course) with pineapple juice in it. Not cider made from pineapples. Although that does sound tasty.

I love Caipirinhas! I haven't been feeling well, so I've been taking it easy. Instead of my usual tequila and limeade, or gin and lemonade, or white russians, or rum and Pepsi... today I just had some Angry Orchard cider.
