And people not in your guild can move into your territory/ city and contribute and help fight wars to defend the land. The guild owns the territory and sets taxes etc.

PvP was never closed, its only queable at lvl 30. No one plays 3v3 and you see the same faces in 1v1. Until more pvp content comes out im taking a break.
