Took it to a personal conversation :) Back on topic? :)

    Show off your rig!

Only reason i got it cause it was a half price deal. The premium metal and force sensing is worth it, but i wouldn't have gotten it for the full price i think. I really had to get used to it, mentally and physically. There is no sense of maxing the pressure, at first you end up straining your...

    Show off your rig!

Update: My final build. Changes: 1. Tobii 4c replacing the Steelseries Sentry 2. Added Monster Tech desk mount and reattached the X65F. 3. Sold the Deathstalker and using the Arvo again Second image is after an hour or so tweaking the position of the stick.

    What is your current fleet?

Here's my fleet. I dread next year, but i think this is going to be my final build  All LTI aside from the 315p

    STEEP!

Well, it has a wide variaty of applications, Tobii made these 2 trackers (EyeX, a.k.a. Sentry and the new 4c) as a gaming or even consumer level peripheral while their other departments actually help people that lack motor skills to use these for a variaty of applications to replace hand control...

    STEEP!

@TheUnknownDane When you get a Tobii eye tracker working you can use the CleanUI feature where the screen elements only come into view when you look at them. I am definitely planning on getting this game

Joystick / HOTAS Table Mounts by MONSTERTECH

@Iffadrim depending how the top plate of your desk is mounted to the frame you can buy a good solid MDF or other material board, cut it to size +the 10 or 20mm and mount it on the frame. MDF shouldn't cost too much and cutting it to size just takes a little effort.

Joystick / HOTAS Table Mounts by MONSTERTECH

Awwwww, just missed that, hehe. But, ima happy wit dis one!... And the Haribo Bears! Bigger than I imagined, but it has to keep the force sensing stick from moving  Going to mount it to my desk tonight! Thanks Olsen!

New Tobii Eye (and head) Tracker (the 4c)

Well, comparing the functionality between the EyeX and the 4c you can "see" (pun intended) the jitter is less (when using the gaze trace to see the focus circle), making the performance overall a bit more smoothe. Also, the 3 bright red dots have been replaced by 2 less bright red dots on the...

New Tobii Eye (and head) Tracker (the 4c)

Hey guys, I am just really excited, but really didn't want to necro the old topic from back in Feb  I just received the brand new Tobii 4c eye tracker which is a way better model than the original EyeX... Supposedly... need to test still... with beer. Some main improvements: 1...

You can't travel faster than light

Basically yes. though the question is actually twofold. My question is based on the following proposal. a particle is traveling between point a and b along the direction of the planet's rotation and is being observed by 2 separate observation points. Point 1 is observing from the planet...

You can't travel faster than light

I love these kinds of conversations. I am no physicist and I think I will never have a useful understanding of it but then again, I am eager to learn :) Let me pose a question. We have reproduced light speed particles from one static point to another. Say those particles were sent out...

    Hey there kids!

So many warm welcomes, thanks guys. My very first upgrade was aurora to the 325a and loved it back then. Experimented a lot to a hornet, ghost, cutlass but in the end the 315p is where I settled (of course ignoring the rest of my fleet for a moment hehe). The Origin 300 series...

Joystick / HOTAS Table Mounts by MONSTERTECH

It's an adjustable glue clamp type mount, should fit any desk depending on how much it opens up. I ordered one last weekend after making myself a new desk out of the wood from 2 others  Couldn't get myself to get 2 but it's alright to keep the throttle on desk. I just hope it...
