Even if this does happen, I suspect old ships won't be sold but new concepts will still be offered. This follows the same reasoning as LTI, which was supposed to never be available again, but is available for any new concept ships.

Why did you want an Ursa, especially when you have a Nox and Cyclone already, and seemingly no ships to pack the Ursa into? Seems to me by the time you are buying something that will let you move your Ursa around, buying the Ursa wouldn't be much of a problem.
