If TEST is set as your Main Organization on the RSI site, as opposed to an affiliate, then you are a main member. For instance, you. You've only got one Org and it's your main, therefore you're a Main TEST Member!

Well, I can't speak for the Tali specifically, but the patch in general is great. The flight model changes are very well done, they're getting close to perfection.
