I will always be a fan of the original art of the Carrack, not that the updated version is bad I just felt the original resembled so many iconic movies we like, Aliens especially the more industrial squared look. Again its a great looking ship I just prefer the original concept and I understand...

I guess my point is the way the delay was announced and then handled, I saw the demo and the Carrack looked pretty well done to me, why the 2 to 3 month delay? Also not just 1 of the ships slated for Q4 but all 3 were delayed and then spread out in 1 month intervals, I don't buy it personally...

I think to port over to consoles you would absolutely need the next gen consoles to even run this game, plus now you run into Sony and Microsoft two huge companies it would be interesting to see how that would get negotiated with this game being such a MMO style game. I for one don't see it...

I guess it depends on the reasonings behind the delays, looked pretty finished to me in the demo :)

Money..... this games looking like 2022 release date MAYBE and I for one am interested to see how the funding works out. My main issue with SQ42 is most of the people who bought into SC already have SQ42 paid for, so for this to sell they really have to market this game out to the people NOT...

I don't agree with this, its not all wrong or all right but look, they put out a road map, 3 ships were to be implemented (their word) in Q4 2019, now all of a sudden all 3 ships are going to be release Q1 2020 in separate months, Jan, Feb and March..... I find it funny that all 3 ships didn't...

I guess I would have to see what the 600i offers, in their description it says cutting edge modular technology, utility hardpoints etc... if they can do something with this and add more versatility it may be worth it but as it stands now Carrack > 600i all day long.

I get it, nothings set it stone, its not unusual in this game for sure.... but you have 3 ships slated for "implementation" in Q4 2019 and now not a single one is going to make that deadline, I could see if it was JUST the Carrack lol but none of them? And now their slated for separate release...

So wait, when it says Q4 2019 ok maybe it doesn't say CitizenCon but it sure as hell doesn't say Q1 2020 either, ships to be implemented into the game - Carrack that's not flight ready? lmao I am pretty sure "implementing" a ship into the game means it will be flyable as it says on every other...

Lmao, no seriously this is a great idea, I remember awhile back I had not played in like a year and was just lost, crashing into landing zones etc... there was a guy who offered to fly my ship to another location and show me a few things, it was great and got me interested in actually playing...

As I feared, the more this game drags on the more the delays will catch up to them, eventually the overall game will be dragged out to a 2023/24 release if were lucky lol. Now they cant even keep up with ship releases..... its almost as if their staggering them to see if they can make more...

Sad thing is it had potential if the side quests had been much more integral to the story or deeper, the side collectables were downright unforgettable at some point you just stopped going back for them lol. Like I said, great graphics, decent gameplay, decent story it just lacked ……...
