Not sure if this is your issue but i heard that SLI and SC isn't supported and can cause issues. (Currently most games don't really care about SLI support anymore) So you might want to try if turning SLI off can solve some issues.

GG is now available to everyone. Remember you don't need to really buy anything to use it. (except maybe the mining shard) You also don't need to buy the game pass or a monthly subscription for star citizen.

New stuff is sometimes locked for a while (i think usally around 1 month after the sale is over) They had a system that ground vehicles can be only upgraded to ground vehicles but i think they removed that because of to much positvie community feedback.
