I think it boiled down to more of Disco_Lando being a douche than anything. Wingman was a huge reason SC had the early backing success it had. He's been with CR for what? 20 years? Disco has been involved for 2 at most? And all he can do is some mediocre vids and leak company assets.

Sadly, being out of work going on 8 months now, my wallet has to be picky about who I support. SC is where I hang my hat. I wish them luck, however. Good to see the return of the genre.

I haven't posted there yet but I intend to. I have been searching through the posts to see if there are any suggestions before I do.

I have. I am at a loss. It's almost like the settings aren't being saved. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled SC just to be sure. I've checked the XML and the settings seem to be writing to it but they aren't translating inside the game.

I tried. Nothing seems to work. I'm close to shelving the game at this point because it's completely unplayable for me at this stage.

You guys have made me cry. I was stoked when I saw the reveal trailer...then remembered EA and Dice were making it. Then I read this thread and the mention of DLC and Premium.... I shed a tear. /sigh
