Each team has 6 and you cannot be part of 2 teams at once.

The 2 teams fighting have 1 week to complete the match. So you can work around your schedules to find a time to have a full game.

the whole point of how its set up is to allow you to fit it into your day. Having 4v4 fighting but teams of 6 makes it easier to get full games and allowing more options during the week to get the match complete.
