I think you understood him wrong. The stock ship has the tractor bean instead of the turret. You can threw the upgrade system swich out the tractor beam for the turret that holds 2 size 1 weapon . But it does not have both at same time. the 2 size 1 guns it comes stock with are not pictured in...
