Nice, i'd have still been happy to have been able to buy the bare basics and a mining laser head..get that and it's a licence to print aUEC (slowly, but still).

I saw the post and logged in to buy a few more big ticket items, but it had already happened...oh well. Apart from the ship..which was nice, the only important thing I bought was a mining laser head for quant (licence to print aUEC)

Update: aUEC reset. Just have the starting money I normally have...still have my recently picked up 600i and any gear I purchased, so that's a bonus (unless that's going also).

With all the free "SpaceBux" CIG threw at us I bought a 600i in-game. Been in them a few times, but never flown one till now..how refreshing, a joy to cruise around, and handles well and was better than expected. Was hoping for some more aUEC, maybe hire a 600i to try it (when the reset rolls...

Apparently based on time played in the previous patch. I finished last patch with less than 500K, logged in today after the update to 21 mil aUEC. I only expected maybe 20-40K more than normal, buy a laser mining head, a rifle and ammo and some med pens and have a few aUEC left over and then go...
