Depend on your budget... Avenger Titan < Reliant < Cutlass / Freelancer < Connies < Phoenix < 600i < Valkyrie < ... Not sure about the avenger. Up to freelancer AFAIK can carry bykes and such. Connie’s and larger Rovers, etc.

Good point about all NPCs being hired! With that 90% NPC ration maybe CIG is only talking into account star citizens, so would be there also all the "non star citizens".
