I don't see any actual information having been spread here other than the announcement that it has been released to the avocados, which was followed by people stating their excitement. This being said, there are some vids up on YouTube showing glimpses of the 890J in the hands of some avocados.

These tend to be short test phases so I'd give it a week, two tops.

The wait to spawn an 890J on a pad at PO will be infinite as CIG has stated that it will only be able to be spawned initially on pads at places like Loreville & Area 18
