60 fps a thing yet?

Looking at the RSI Public Telemetry, if I understand correctly than a 150 score on both GPU and CPU will get me into the recommended configuration range.

My scores:
GPU - 172
CPU - 67

So if I understand correctly, my GPU is fine. I just have to upgrade my CPU and I can expect 60fps then?

Id say wait a bit longer if your goal is SC there is to much stuff moving around if you want to do a minor upgrade Mobo and CPU that would work. or maybe get an SSD(this helps alot). but dont go all out for a new build. check ebay in my opinion get something that works for now without to much upgrades then when SC officially out go for the big guns.
