I have one in my buyback, if someone can explain to me how to transfer it too you I can. I think it just costs the paypal fees to let me purchase it for you, and im sure one or two testies would be willing to stand in as mediators on paypal to make sure I get it to you.

Thanks for the offer mate :beers: but since it's not cheap (I think I saw someone selling it with LTI here in the forums for 750$?) I don't think I'll buy it before I can actually fly it, that's a lot of money to put into a nice picture on their website, if you know what I mean :smile:

It is as close to a Polaris that you can currently buy and fly.

Upgrades/ccu. Whatever you prefer to call them. I got them on buyback.
All ccu's or upgrades as we call them.
As long as they are not in the hangar. They will change in price if cig chanes the ship prices.

Let's say the Polaris for one. A 750$ ship.

A upgrade from a carrack today cost 350$.
If the ship goes up in price to 850$. So will the upgrade on buyback.

But the concept ship I got on buyback at 750 will always keep it's price. All ships and packages on buyback keep the price they where sold for. Only upgrades changes price

Ah, but, for example, I wanted my Retaliator with LTI, so I took a Nox 2 pack, with LTI, and upgraded the Nox Kue to a Retaliator, and the other Nox in the pack to a Vanguard. Now both ships have LTI.

It is the other way to think about buying ships.

So if you bought a Polaris in the most recent Anniversary sale you would have a Polaris with 60 months Insurance, or if you bought a Hawk, during the same sale, and upgraded it to a Polaris (also during the sale) then you would have a Polaris with Lifetime Insurance for the same price.

Further if you bought a Upgrade from a Constellation Andromeda to a Polaris, and had the Constellation you would be flying the Constellation until you apply the upgrade, presumably after the Polaris is flyable, as long as you don't melt the upgrade your price does not increase even if the Polaris price increases.

I know it is complicated. :)

If you do choose to buy it from someone other than CIG, be cautious who you buy it from. Don't just run out on EBAY and do it. The Market Place here from an Org mate with a good reputation (like Elmy) is definitely safer.

oh hell no I ain't going to buy from someone outside of TEST, just not sure when I'll have the time to sit down and set it up (also have the extra money to buy the Polaris, might delay that and buy a smaller ship first). But yeah I will post/look up someone selling a Polaris here in the forum when the time is right.

That being said, when is the anniversary sale supposed to be?
