I have some of you on my friends list now, but there doesn't seem to be a way to invade friends. I haven't tried with the other multi-player modes. Also, Uplay is trash.

agreed uPlay is trash...
it sucks we can't invade, but I've noticed you can invite friends in Race and Decode modes, haven't tried free-play though, but I believe you can invite...

free roam definitely allows invite! We're pretty much unstoppable. Cops can't touch us.

oh I also noticed... invite option is only available, when you don't have enough people for the decript and race modes... if you do have enough, I don't think you can invite anyone...
