I think that 11yrs of working on the tools make this happen, SQ42 being completed was likely his finish line.

The other guys in the car looked like Gerald of Riva and that girl from the Cyberpunk 2077 cover.

I'll recommend Brian for TEST Squardon.
Brian once said in an interview, that after SQ42 is done, he would like to take a long break from development.
He's a total rock star and his frankfurt team in getting major improvements done to their crytek branch to become what Star Engine in today.
