I just imagine some poor aged California judge not having any idea wtf either party is talking about when they start mulling over source code. Halfway through the proceedings he'll be like "what do you mean when you say internet spaceships?" I'd kill to be a fly on that wall.
With any luck the judge will be an old Dungeon & Dragons player and he will secretly be rolling saving thrown with his 20 sided die. Who will win? Let the dice decide! Muahahaha

This is kind of standard operating procedure. It's part of the reason many companies doing business with Americans often have a Delaware or some other state corporation to maintain their US assets, handle legal affairs, etc. The most curious thing to me is that Crytek didn't bother with that.
Yes, those of us who live here in Delaware love those corporations. They keep our taxes low.
