CIG did not delay Squadron 42!

It is my full belief that at this time CIG is attempting to play into their own meme. The delay from the 21st to the 22nd wasn't a true delay as the reveal had always been planned for the 22nd. The 21st just happened to be the reveal date of the reveal date.

In fact, it's quite possible that the 22nd is the reveal date that the 23rd is the real reveal date.

To go even further, it's likely that we're witnessing some sort of "Delay Advent Calendar" and instead of chocolate behind each window we're greeted with a bitter, salty delay. All up until we awake on Christmas day, bright eyed and bushy tailed, to be greeted with the real message:

CR should be allowed entry into the American Magicians Society for all of the masterful slight of hand he & CIG do with various aspects of SC & SQ42. Need to delay the SQ42 reveal 1 extra day? Give the whales (wallets) an offering of something many fans have been begging for through the years the day before as a distraction & stuff to discuss in the mean time.
