After watching that awesome video of the lawyer go over everything I get the following message:
Crytek hoped for a one off quick payment to let it go away.
CIG denied it and will press forward, court will dismiss claims and Crytek will accept it and file for bankruptcy, it was a last desperate act from a dying company.
