CIG keep pulling these kinds of stunts, i might think they're doing it on purpose.

on a serious note, they seem to lack patience and try to implement long-term plans in the now in spite of the fact that conditions are not right.
most times in which a player claims a ship, it's because of a bug or crash. CIG are either deliberately ignorant or stupidly ignorant of this. and i don't know which is worse.
