I'm torn, yes i would like to see a half reasonable settlement just to get this finished, on the other hand, run them through the cheese grater. I don't think they can easily afford the bond which is why they are pursuing settlement talks. They might settle for anything just to keep it NDA'd. They can always backhand claim a *win* at that point.

I would prefer that crytech post the bond, and subsequently lose it. I dont believe that crytech will do this seeing that their case is so shakey to start with.
