Fellow Testies, here is .Psd/.xcf I have been working from. If you ever wanted to make your own custom sig it will not get easier than this.
I reorganized it so anyone could figure out how to customize their own, no matter how drunk they are :D (Just tick eyeballs for visibility, use the text tool "T" to change text, when selected and on screen. "A" for GIMP)
Here is a example of what ships are included.
Small Tutorial - For those who may not know how to upload.
• After you have your custom signature set up the way you want it, Save it...
(Save for Photoshop) (1) click the "File" tab then (2) choose "save as". In the new pop up box click (3) "Format:" tab, then choose (4)"PNG" or "JPEG" from the drop down box.(5) finally (name it if you like) click save.

(Save for GIMP) (1) click the "File" tab then (2) choose "Export as". In the new pop up box (3) Name your sig example: "awesome sig.png" (file extention ".png" in the name is nessary when saving with png format) (4) Next click the dropdown box and select "PNG image" from the drop down list (5) click export.

• Upload your custom png or jpeg to http://imgur.com (click upload images button at top of site)
• Then open notepad,and copy this code to it. "hi-lite ctrl+C" (below)

• Back to your Imgur.com (example picture below) Direct link is what you are after, highlight and copy that "ctrl+C"
• Back to your notepad code, Replace ---> View: http://i.imgur.com/5ROwT3N.png
with the code you copied from imgur "hi-lite that part of the code in notpad and ctrl+V"
• Hard part done, now copy your complete code from notepad to the profile signature in Rsi website.
(remember to click "apply all changes" at bottom of the page)
To Change Forum Signatures:
=> My RSI => My Account =>Profile => Copy Code into Signature box

I used a custom font, If you want to use the same font you'll have to install it.
The font I used is called orbitron
