Either the tank is very tiny or wraps around a bunch of stuff, or the photo is photoshopped fake. :(

Looking at the tube on the shoulder stock, I don't think it comes out of the body of the thrower like it looks in the picture or it obstructs the stock. I expect the tube to go to an external tank.
By the look of the picture it's propped up on its tank, which has been photoshopped out of the main part of the picture including behind the trigger....?
I'm a pacifist, by the way.

It would be highly unusual if it did not use an external tank.
