Update:

Game room #3 in Discord is now dedicated for ESO. Since we have 30+ members active currently in this game, we felt this was most appropriate so we can group up easily. Obviously if there are certain dungeon runs going on, you're free to hop to another room for your group of 4. For general gameplay, it'll be good to have everybody together for any questions or anything. Sort of a voice-chat extension of Guild Chat ingame!

idk but i'm playing regularly and see no problem, whether it is open world or dungeons. so do vapsy, krystal, gauna and others from EU

There are lower options. It's $19 on GLGamer, and it's been down to 15.99 on other websites IIRC.
