Current terminator is between 18,000m and 16,000m where all hulls pop no matter what they are. One day, different ships may not be able to go so deep... and some... some may be able to go deeper...

I would pay for an in-game event of PO de-orbiting into Crusader just to follow it down in my own ship.
I like to imagine this is somewhat how my Endeavour with Hab and Hangar modules will look as I dive it into the sun

Slap a quantumdrive on it and call it the ultimate "Krakenkiller"
Maybe add a new gameloop while they're at it. Like Station management.

Just dumping PO into the next gas giant seemed so... ungrateful...
At least they should have allowed us to strip the hull if they're gonna wreck it anyhow.
