Don't think it's still available, unfortunately. There was a time last spring when you could get it with Noob's discount code for 80-100 bucks. I'd already purchased another backer package unfortunately, so I didn't end up getting the lifetime pass, regrettably.
I did however, but the Star Citizen shards package with the TESTBEST code for 13 bucks. So yeah. Awesome.

I got my lifetime pass for 33 bucks.. don't remember how long ago that was tho.
I purchased the shards anyway just in case they later decide to shut down and remove the login component. It was cheap enuff fo sure.

Trying it out with dual tablets and wow it is so much easier. Definitely a good buy if you're tired of memorizing all the wonky ass keybindings or fiddling with the clunky MFD's in game.
