It adds several options but the one that you want is accessed via the cog under the chat panel, just add any words that you want filtered out to the blacklist.

It's just to clean up all the damn "!raffle" on the twitch chat, so you can actually read and comment.

Yup, I noticed a few "!raffle"s in the chat and I heard something about a blacklist. I even searched for Blacklist and Twitch, found only the "Banned words" setting, sounded close enough to black list, but it didn't work :(
