Here's some bulletpoints from this mornings live stream
- -more flight suits
- -physical based rendering for ship HUDs where other players can see what's going on in your ship HUD
- -ship contrails
- -atmosphere entry effect on atmo exit

- -variable walking speed with scroll wheel
- -some animations are smoother
- -URSA does not fit into a cutlass
- -URSA with two heavy armor pilot/copilot has exit cockpit issues (can't fit)

- -Strange Fog effect inside URSA
- -Outpost when pressurized recovers suit Oxygen

- -Nox has drifting which severity can be controlled by use of throttle
- -On cutlass you can open the bay door and side door from the cockpit hud
- -Gravity doesn't seem to affect gladius when on an angle on the groun when thrusters are on
- -a few clipping bugs on exit animations
- -rail gun does not workin (projectile damage) inside prospector cockpit
- -Impact bug where prospector didn't blow up after hurling itself from orbit into the moon surface
- -Erin Roberts said 3.0 will have minimum 24 players in a PU instance as it is with 2.6.3, but likely increasing the player cap incrementally pretty soon thereafter 3.0 release
- -Footprints are left in ground
- -Cutlass back door ramp clips through ground
- -Cutlass ramp (when engines are on) can kill you bug
- -Dragonfly and connie need more work which is why they aren't in the gamescom2017 build
