Sweet. Wait, why is Civilian ordered between Vice Admiral and High Admiral? I'm at Vice. I don't want to be considered below standard UEE civilians!

I dunno, I think Civilian was added later on so maybe it's out of order? I still keep mine on Colonel which was my original pledge.
