Other than SC what other games have you played? I've never had the chance to try Wing Commander but played all way though Freelancer which I think was my first Chris Roberts game :-)

Welcome to Test! What part of the west coast? There is a Bar Citizen in LA on June 15th!
I'm in the SF Bay Area! I've always wanted to check out a bar citizen event, I'll have to next time the timing works out while I'm in LA. I also got started with Freelancer, and am actually part way through a replay of the HD mod version - it holds up surprisingly well!

Didn't know there was a HD mod version, might have to check it out I still have my original disc but it won't install any more due to obsolete Digital Rights Management software in it.
Welcome to Test Squadron, gorleg. I didn't know about the HD version of Freelancer either - sadly I think I chucked my original disc about 2 years ago! (It wasn't in particularly good condition or anything). Glad to have you aboard!
