You need to learn to recognize the long mountain range between JT and the white spots. It looks like a snake with an open mouth. The three mountains you're looking for are above the head of the snake.

Watch the video. He flies right over the head of the snake on his way to the mountains, and it's a lot easier to see the snake from orbit than it is the mountains.
