How many messages are in General Discussion?

I can see on the forums links there are 139.5K messages, but it's a bit vague... It could be anything between 139,500 and 139,599 messages, that's a lot of scope.

Is there any way of telling the exact number of messages?

If you scroll down to the bottom of the screen down to the footer of the page, there's a section that has some statistics, including the number of messages.

The number of messages in a forum, I really don't know how to find that. At a certain point, it might as well say "a shit ton"
