Unfortunately, people like him will always be around. He will always have supporters because some people would rather tear others work apart rather than help make it even better.

We should not hide ourselves from their words. We have nothing to fear. We use that which is paramount in life and that is reason. At some point along the way DS lost his ability to reason. Look at his posts. They are all about making him "look better" and about tearing SC apart.

The only emotions I can think of that support his actions are either fear or jealousy. In this regard, he has nothing to fear. SC is not threatening him, his person, family, lifestyle, interests, etc. So reasonably one would think it would be jealousy that drives him, buy why?

To that end I have no clue as to any personal contact DS may have had in the past with CR so i submit this conjecture for your review. Could it be then that DS is so bitter from having pretty much failed at creating a "decent" pc game that his frustration with himself at having not succeeded when he craves soo much to succeed, causes him to lash out at the very things that frustrate him(space sim pc games)? When he sees CIG getting all the support they need, he is reminded daily of his past failures.

My conclusion is this. Talking about him neither helps nor hinders him. If anything, we should all feel sorrow for him as he has locked himself into this cycle of frustration and hate. Eventually, his soo called supporters are going to leave him for various reasons and when that happens, he is going to realize for the first time that he maybr had been wrong all along. When that day happens I would not be surprised to find his obituary posted on the internet. So for me, i just feel sad for the guy.
