If @Montoya is in love, then I would speculate that this might be the unveiling of 1 of @NinjaGirl 's secret identities.
Or, if @Montoya simply loves her, perhaps this is his mother who is immortal & never ages. She's clearly a bad ass lady & that would explain a lot of his natural awesomeness.
