I'm just an ideas guy...anybody up for organizing a TEST Free-fly?

So, if my memory is correct, if we have a party formed, anybody in the party can operate another party members ship?

If so, when the dust settles from the Anniversary Sale, we should have a TEST free-fly, were we all gather, bring out our latest ships, and let other people fly them around, try them out (and get them itching to buy new JPEG spaceships).

What do you think?

Yeah, that's the idea...think of it like "Space Socialism" ... people who have a lot share with the people who don't have as much. At least for a couple of hours.

It may not be the hugest deal, now, but with the new flight model and as other things get nailed down, it might be fun for people to "test drive" a couple of ships before they plop down a couple hundred dollars on one.

Anytime...I was actually thinking starting next week, because the servers still seem to be totally borked with the free fly (and I'm not done buying ships yet! lol), but I don't want to get overly formal about setting up a "playdate."

If I'm up at...uhhhhh...0100 PDT, lol...you are UTC + 11, I'm UTC -8...

(TIL that AEDT is also Bougainville Standard Time and Vladivostok Summer Time).
