It already went from $250 to $350. How much more can I get out of it? When they get too high you can't upgrade them anymore.

I got 3 packages im buying each with a Carrack and I'm going a Perseus, A2, and keeping a Carrack. Not much else to turn it into that I like.

Some people say they will get more expensive than a Polaris, since it is same size.
I really doubt that.

I think more like 500ish. Just my opinion. Take it with pinch of salt.

ye im having a hard time seeing perseus become more expensive then a polaris.
polaris has so much interior abilitys, like medical, etc.
i doubt the perseus will have that. but we will see on saturday

I am wondering about something, since i did not catch that right at first. Do you mean you can not upgrade a pack beyond the 1000$ total melt value?

I know they are not giftable anymore by then, so all my packs are under 1000$ always. I never tried to break that limit.
I recall @Lukiferrex had a similar issue a few months ago, i cant remember exactly, but it was with upgrading a pack beyond the 1k value.

This is really something we need to know if proven then !!!

Yeah, I meant after a certain point upgrade options dwindle. And for someone upgrading ships as part of a package (such as the exploration ones) that already comes with a discount, melting becomes less possible as you've now got to rebuy all of the upgrades.

This is the problem. I now have a $50 MM to Recalimer upgrade that I can either use and "save" just the $100 I would have, but "lose" $50 on the new price. Or I can wait until salvage actually comes out and hope it raises more than $50, but less than $100 so I can save even more.

I'm playing the RSI webstore game more than I'm playing the actual game right now. But I have gotten my massive fleet for several hundred or more than a thousand less than it'd cost ala carte.

Nah, the issue was the A2 had been swapped to hull limited / no CCU without any fanfare or notice- only Concierge tickets. I've never tried to buy or sell anything over a grand

I'm in the same boat, err ship. I have more money than time right now so I want to be able to log on, immediately start playing what I want, and log off. Even if my intended gameplay doesn't make me money, it'll make me happy.
