Seems like a date of some sort, but in the past. 23rd of November 2010 to 5th of April 2013. Perhaps a reference to... Hmm. No way of knowing.
I could definitely see CIG having something planned at some point around that (maybe later in this IAE?)
What happened 1 days before this? (from their kickstarter) and 2 days before US thanksgiving 2010 - Concept to milestone?

A while back, somebody asked a dev about the password sticky at PO; he replied that the dates were the births of his kids.
Don't know if it is the same one, but I know they re-use assets like this.
