Looking for a tshirt printer who will print a unique player name on each shirt

Hi all, I am looking for a tshirt printer which will take a tshirt template and provide a form field during ordering where the user can enter their player name to be printed at the top of the back. TEST squadron had a link to a store that did this years ago. I got one in 2016ish but I can't find any online tshirt printers who handle this type of custom order. Basically the name will appear at the top of the back side across the sholders. The text font would need to scale small automatically for longer names. I have also seen this for printing a name on the sleeve.

I have spent several hours this week searching online and calling many tshirt companies, but none of them offer this service. I am asking if you know of any company which does this.

Right now I am looking to cover at least the USA, UK, and EU. I am trying to get it all handled by one company. I see a few tshirt printers who send to 150+ countries/regions but they do not customize who I need. I will probably have to split it up for many countries. I am just trying to get it started at all! :)

I'll be honest you can't really deal with multiple continents unless you getting them made in each of the continents

You take a tshirt get it made in amercia for 20 bucks. great. For americans.

Get a thousand made, Same tshirt send it to Uk. It costs 30 bucks to send it to UK. So UK dont buy the 50 buck tshirt.

Get one made in the UK for £20. Great.

Russia wants one. by the time you send it over ther it's about a million rubels.

Russian doesn't buy any. you've now got 1000 made in the UK that you can't sell in russia or america.

Yes I understand. Some companies handle all of that themselves. Most are regional as I expect it gets very complicated very quickly.

I just need coverage of the USA now. But I really want to also cover the UK and EU as soon as possible.

Maybe you can get companies nowadays that drop ship within multiple continents but that didnt exist 10 years ago when I tried to get everyone test t shirts cheap. It was much more difficult than I anticipated back then.

Ooh now your asking I think it was Vistaprint which I think were a UK company not sure nowadays that was back in 2016!!

Hopefully there are some much improved merchants for you to use nowadays!! :D
