Just had her check, she's got a 600W PSU and with a GTX 1080, 16GB of ram, a SATA SSD, a HDD, and a couple of fans there'll be no issues providing enough power.So the 7700T still has hyperthreading so it will still do well with multithreaded tasks like rendering and would probably do ok with some streaming. The 7700k is the version with the unlocked multiplier so it's overclockable, but that motherboard can't really supply the power needed to OC and I don't think it even has the capability to OC in the BIOS. If they are close in price, got for the k SKU. I would throw the whole setup into pcpartpicker.com to make sure you are good for power requirements since the TDP is like 60W difference between the two.
