Get the SSD first, and then the RAM...your 12GB is barely adequate...

How many RAM slots do you have? If you have an adventurous spirit, you could load up with 64GB of RAM and use 40 or so as a RAM disk for Star Citizen, and skip the need for an SSD.

Please don't forget - based on cpu name we are talking about decently aged machine here ... so extra RAM will be useless after :(
