Oh boy, it would depend on what the occasion/time of the year is for me.
For me, after a nice dinner I'd take a cognac with espresso ANY DAY.

Summer: MUDSLIDE instead of a milkshake xD
Kahlua, Baileys, Vodka and heavy cream

When going out, Long island Ice Tea is my friend <3
Gin 15ml, Tequila 15ml, Vodka 15ml, Rum 15ml, Triple Sec 15ml, 25 ml Lemon Juice, 30 ml Simple Syrup (sugarwater) and to top it off around 60ml Coke/Cola, (whatever you want to call it)

But for Friday Night Drunk Squad: Hertog Jan. A wonderful dutch beer!

I've always made mudslides with milk, vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup to go with the Kahlua, Bailey's and Vodka. The chocolate drizzled on the interior of the glass, then top with whipcream and a chocolate drizzle. Interesting option. Are you skipping the blender?

For a Long Island, one part rum, vodka, gin, tequila, triple sec, 2.5 parts sour mix (simple syrup and lemon juice, or a mix) and just enough coke for color. I've found too much coke causes a burning sensation in the throat for some. I used to keep a pitcher in the fridge until my second ex thought it was just ice tea, and decided to make a glass of sweet tea out of it.

I use ice cubes and a blender and just the heavy cream. There's multiple way's of making it and I actually never thought about vanilla ice cream lol. Thanks for the tip!
