That would be interesting... especially on your shoulders and back.

Open all the doors and you might avoid some crazy damage as well :P

Or you could just try and dual wield them, one on each shoulder. Of course you'd want to shoot both barrels at once, but you could have it charge up automatically and alternate barrels for a higher rate of fire, with less felt recoil with the added mass of another barrel and action. They could give it a fire selector with safe, single, volley fire, where taking it off of safe makes it start charging up.
