I didn't see any update on my 480GB Optane SC promo pre-order which was supposed to be released today.

I called Newegg at 1 (800) 390-1119...
the rep told me,
"We have never had any in stock"
and "I see we have 10 pre-orders placed today"
and "inventory shows no active orders yet"
and "1 to 2 weeks before we know anything".
and "the system doesn't show me how many total pre-orders we have"

Intel should have given the pre-order option to Amazon.com
