But really, look me I am a sailor, there is nothing I can do beside exploration unless there is spacefish...or...there is?

I'm most excited about exploration in the early days. After we get some footholds or setups going, I will likely transition back and forth between black flag, logistics, leadership (within a small subset of folks...micro, not macro leadership), and mining.

I have all three avenger variants I see my self as an escort fighter for mining, salvage, trade and exploration. With the stalker I can pickup prisoners, with the titan I can pickup extra cargo and with the warlock I can piss everyone off by firing the EMP early or on time.

That's me, I'm a PVP'ers in Battle Royal, and much with my 2 Space Ships need a crew for a Conni (unamed for the moment).

For me it has got to be exploration all the way!

Exploration is the least defined and a much maligned role. Wandering the black not knowing what you'll find is exciting stuff and chance encounters mean that you'll need to be on point at all times. Not that us Testies won't enjoy a few beers in the quieter moments of course ;)

Potentially though, it has the most to offer of all roles in that any new routes and or jump points found will not only earn credits (and Kudos!) but all other roles will benefit:

• New or faster routes for trading
• Escape routes for piracy
• Asteroids for mining
• New species found for diplomacy or
• New shortcuts found to get the military to the front quicker!

We might not be the airworthiest (certainly after a few brews!) but Test will best Xplor at their own game. Testies are the besties!

Eeeh since i just found out about diplomacy and I like listening and talking to a diversity of people (and dont hate a bit of RP) i'm looking up the diplomacy division after this!! Making aliances is where its at!! Oh and exploration sounds good to me too! XD

I am most excited about the black flag. I am looking forward to getting the avenger with the EMP (warlock) and doing some extreme bounty hunting and pirate stuff. Cant wait to get in 2.0 and wreck some face :P

I am surprised there is no Intelligence/Espionage division. However, that being said, my interests lie in a combination of Diplomacy/Exploration/Logistics/Black Flag(read: Smuggling) operations. I find that the first 2 are easy covers for the last 2.

Also, Diplomacy is bound to be more fun if you BYOB. And I am curious how many Kegs you can fit in a Beta :)

Ok, I don't know what a complete sentence is but this is my post!

I would like to explore, ever since I was young (born in the 70's) I have been a space nerd, from Star Trek to Star Wars, to me trek was the ultimate sci fi show, it was more realistic to me than star wars and you could actually imagine our future would look something like trek and we all know trek was about the exploring....am I right? Banging alien chic's, tribble's and lets not forget spock!! Is that a complete sentence?@!?

As a side note combat would be my next choice, escorting larger ships through enemy territory for the big score is what its about for me! I will try not to run into your big expensive ships and as a bonus I will attempt to shoot the bad guys down!!

Totally into Logistics, as I believe to be more fun to calculate it through and create some efficient "milkruns" through the galaxy, oppose to hunting down pirates or pirating.

Running and organizing security escort and protection runs for Hull, C, D and E's is also a part which I think will be quite enjoyable.

I'm most looking forward to exploration. I have a Freelancer DUR ready so that I can head out as soon as the PU fires up. Exploration enables me to find all of the interesting parts of the game that take time and effort to discover.

I think im doing the overlap of logistics and black flag. someone has to help with the fueling, escorting, loot scooping for the real pilots. im bad at shooting straight and I always tend to fly at a slant but I can escort the straight shooters and claim glory by proximity aka RED SHIRT

I wanted to be in the black flag because it is where people can do stupid shit and still looks cool. also it is fun to see/play in a non generic protagonist way in which most games makes you feel you are.
