This is why you need to reclaim the ship for store credit first.
One small correction. The Connie has 4xS5 mounts on it, not 4xS4. They just come with gimbal mounts like the mercury comes with S2s on the front
Indeed that is true, unfortunately for me the Andromeda is part of the RSI Mega pack and I don't feel like melting it. I am still on the fence with the Mercury over the Andromeda and I don't see the need to own both ships at the moment.
The Connie is turning into more of the ship you will take with your friends Hull D (along with a few others) to provide escort duty. For day to day cargo running, you are better off with a Taurus, a MAX, or the Mercury as all three offer more opportunities for making money with either more cargo capability, or cargo+data capability.

There are 0$ ccus.. but both ships have to be in production (flyable).
You could use an LTI token and upgrade to the mercury.
I melted a few ships, and upgraded my Tumblir RN from my Exploration Pack to get it. It kinda fits as an Explorer...
The other option for your non LTI Mercury is let us know when your insurance runs out and we can give you a nice viking funeral
Good run down, I'm still trying to convince myself that I don't need a transport, data runner, smuggling ship.... crap armor, crap guns, good arguments. When does the sale end?

Okay so why do you all think it is so good? If you want a ship to do data runs the running part seems important and the herald is just better at that. Like the herald it has poor offence. The "smuggling tunnels" seriously if someone has invaded your ship how often will it really work that you can fight them off from those tunnels when you couldn't anyways. I am no connie fan either and I like medium sized ships are we reading data runner as electronic warfare ship? Suddenly there is a medium sized cargo ship that can always outrun the interdiction?
The main advantage it has over the connie for me is that the ship team have got better with layouts and cockpits but it massively pays for that in weopon terms and the connie can take a rover to (maybe the mercury can take a car). Cig have gone back to manual turrets to, as if a player is gonna log in and spend all day waiting for a fight because it will be so much fun when it happens to fire 2 size 2s.....

Wait? What? That was my plan! To specialise as an expert turret gunner! The pilot has to send me a txt when some action occurs though as I will likely have fallen asleep whilst waiting.
I am in love with it, Smuggling, data running and dodging the law, plus looks totally different I am all for it!
